It's that time of year when ants tend to be in places you don't want to see them. Crawling in your flowers, exploring your counters, and ruining your picnics!
We save all of the coffee grounds from our Keurig (you can open up the pods, remove the grounds and filter material, and recycle the cups). I keep them in an old frosting container and when it gets full I sprinkle them around the bases of trees and in my flower bed where the peony beds are.
It's not a permanent fix but it is a good non-toxic, temporary one!
