The pansies I planted this spring were looking tired and it was time for an upgrade. Nothing says fall like some mums! I chose a big yellow one for the pot by my back door.
I planted a mix of gold and light purple minis for the barrel by the trellis. My spike plant was still going strong so I left it in the barrel, and it looks great! (Notice that purpley-red flower growing on the ground? No idea where that came from, but it's been blooming nicely all summer.)
